Personal Search Assistant
Finding a new career
is an exciting time but is not always seen that way initially by a
person who has just been downsized. The Personal Search Assistant takes
the drudgery out of finding a job by helping locate suitable positions
for the candidate. In addition to the candidate's own job search
efforts, the Personal Search Assistant works on behalf of the displaced
candidate in searching out job leads, posting their resume,
investigating target marketplaces and providing administrative support.
