Would You Spend 93,600 Hours Doing Something
You Did Not Enjoy?

"Of course not!" you say.

Yet, most of us will devote at least that much of our lifetime to our profession.  For many of us, work hours are filled with feelings of discouragement, exhaustion and stagnation.  This problem is universal.  It can happen to you whether you are an executive or a secretary, a housewife or a sales person.  And it can be contagious, spreading to family members and co-workers.  The “bad attitude” feeds on itself, triggering slides in group morale and productivity.

Then there are the others, fewer in numbers, whose work days are crammed with energy, ideas, high spirits and lots of successes.  You may know people like that.  I do, and their “secret” has intrigued me ever since I began noticing this phenomenon.

What is Their Secret?
From studying and observing human behavior over the years, I’ve gained some understanding of how vision influences morale and productivity.  Based on these insights, I’ve developed a comprehensive approach to human resource consulting.  I hope that sharing these conclusions with you will inspire you to steer your life in the direction you really want it to go.

The Basis of My Approach
1) I believe every person and on a larger scale, every company has a vision.  This vision embodies your expectations, goals and values.  I translate these abstract ideas into something tangible that I call “Your Way of Doing Business.”  When this concept becomes clear, you and your managers can coach more effectively.   So, instead of training your employees, I work with you and your staff to define your individual way of doing business..

2) Rather than serving as “quick fixes” to your challenges, the programs that I suggest offer systematic long-term solutions that can rejuvenate your outlook in four key areas: a) Beliefs, Values and Behaviors; b) Technical Training Support; c) Emotional Development; and d) Physical/Health Issues.

3) I dislike “canned answers.”  I question their effectiveness in today’s market.  That’s why together with you and your company, I help you develop your own solutions that fit your particular needs

Please take time to think about your personal and company vision, so that when we talk I will fully understand the shape you want your professional life to take.
