What is the Professional Development Program?
It is a business program designed to grow and promote those
employees who have earned it, support and focus the employees who need more
direction and provide for the compassionate exit of those employees who need
to leave for whatever reason.

The Human Resource Store sets up quarterly sessions with individuals to
review what is working and not working, coach them on how to clarify their
goals and commitments and how to communicate this information to their
manager.

We work with the management team to ensure that the individual goals are
achievable and that outstanding performers have the opportunity to grow
and be promoted in correlation to their skills and achievements.

We also offer direction on supporting those employees who need to get back
on track, and providing for the outplacement of those employees who need
to find other employment.
