What is the Professional Development Program?

It is a business program designed to grow and promote those employees who have earned it, support and focus the employees who need more direction and provide for the compassionate exit of those employees who need to leave for whatever reason.

How Does it Work?

The Basic Program is a very simple and effective.

  • The Human Resource Store sets up quarterly sessions with individuals to review what is working and not working, coach them on how to clarify their goals and commitments and how to communicate this information to their manager.
  • We work with the management team to ensure that the individual goals are achievable and that outstanding performers have the opportunity to grow and be promoted in correlation to their skills and achievements.
  • We also offer direction on supporting those employees who need to get back on track, and providing for the outplacement of those employees who need to find other employment.

 

How Should the Program be Implemented?

Call The Human Resource Store today and we will put together a customized program that can be integrated into any individual or organization’s orientation and training process.

 

In addition to the Basic Program, We can provide tools designed to clarify and achieve individual, departmental or company wide vision and which can be customized for your needs. These include:

·         Behavioral profiles to identify strengths and areas for development

·         Value clarifications to better understand how and why individuals make decisions.

·         Group coaching to develop, refine and articulate organizational vision.

·         Group Coaching to clarify, refine and articulate departmental vision and mission

·         Monthly reviews.

·         Consultation on integrating this program into existing orientation and training plans.
