II. Our Comprehensive Employment Counseling Package (an additional 4-hour package for people who need counseling, testing, and assessment) includes the items in the Basic Employment Counseling Package, plus:

• Separation counseling
• Behavioral profiling of strengths and weaknesses
• An assessment: What do you really like to do and what are you really good at?
• In-depth Individual coaching in how to market yourself. Includes: posting your resume on the Internet, networking techniques and development of a personalized job search
• Phone follow-up support and guidance for 90 days

III. Counseling Services a la Carte (individual career counseling sessions):

• An assessment: What do you really like to do and what are you really good at?
• Evaluation of Strengths and Weaknesses
• Behavioral profiling of strengths and weaknesses
• Resume and cover letter preparation
• Creating a foolproof strategy that ensures employment interviews
• Training in skilled interviewing including how to get an offer and how to negotiate salary
• Individual coaching in how to market yourself including where to post your resume on the Internet, networking techniques and development of a personalized job search strategy
• Phone follow-up support and guidance
• Image counseling
• Values profile and coaching

IV. Free Services

• Current openings. All our current openings are on our Jobs Page on this website.

• Temporary placement or contract work. If you would like temporary or contract work while you are looking for a new position, we will refer you to one of our associates. If the employer likes your work, temporary placement an lead to a full-time position.

• Free publication. Read or download a copy of  Marketing Yourself, and "Now It's Up to You"
